How We Calculate Prayer Times

We use established Islamic calculation methods to determine prayer times. Our primary source is the Aladhan API, which provides accurate prayer times based on various calculation methods (ISNA, MWL, Egypt, Makkah, etc.). For Turkish cities, we also support the official Diyanet (Turkish Religious Affairs Directorate) prayer times.

It's important to note that prayer times may vary slightly depending on the calculation method used. We recommend consulting with your local mosque or Islamic center for the most precise times, especially for Fajr and Maghrib, which are critical for fasting.

Privacy and Data

We respect your privacy. We only use your IP address to determine your approximate location for prayer time calculations. We do not store personal information or track your browsing habits. Your selected city preference is stored in a cookie on your device, which you can clear at any time.
